About the Managers – Miguel & Bill
My name is Miguel and I have been employed with Groovy for 6 years. I was hired to be a state inspector but soon after I earned my way to a shop manager position and ultimately became the store manager. I was born in Galveston, Texas but raised here in Austin. I am a sports fanatic and enjoying watching football and basketball. I am a die hard Texas Longhorn fan! I also like the San Antonio Spurs and Houston Texans. My wife and I recently became new parents to a beautiful little girl. My name is Bill, I have been in the automotive business for 20 years. I enjoy helping people with their car needs. I try and educate all of my customers as to the process of the repair to help everyone understand what they are buying and why it happened. Prevention is the key to avoid major break downs. I have 2 kids, one in high school and the other in junior high, I try and involve myself with all their school activities and enjoy being called “the cool dad” by all their friends.
