About the Managers – Miguel
My name is Miguel and I have been employed with Groovy for 6 years. I was hired to be a state inspector but soon after I earned my way to a shop manager position and ultimately became the store manager. I was born in Galveston, Texas but raised here in Austin. I am a sports fanatic and enjoying watching football and basketball. I am a die hard Texas Longhorn fan! I also like the San Antonio Spurs and Houston Texans. My wife and I recently became new parents to a beautiful little girl. I’m from Beaumont Texas, I moved to Austin in 1994. I started with Groovy Automotive in 1998. I have the best dog in the world named Austin. She’s a Beagle and you may see her in the N. Lamar when you are dropping off your car. I’m a Pisces and my hobbies include playing the guitar, photography, and cars. Come by the Slaughter shop and say hi!
